I provide Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities:

Functional Behavior Assessments:

Analyzing the function of behaviors; determining why these behaviors occur. This includes a summary of relationships, communication, environment and other factors in reference to the quality of life and challenging behaviors.

Positive Behavior Support Plans:

How do we improve the quality of life of those whom we believe need supports  and decrease challenging behaviors?

I am allocated 30 hours to developed Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans. On occasion 18 hours/yearly of on-going Behavior Support can be approved through Case Management or Personal Agents. These supports are funded through the K Plan for those receiving DD services (although there are some exceptions to this).
